CAD Service
Since its inception, SCE S.à r.l. has been creating its own electrical overview plans, installation plans, and circuit books. We would like to offer this expertise to our customers as well. Upon request, we can:
– Update your existing paper documents to the latest standards.
– If no documentation or planning documents are available, conduct an inventory and then create the necessary documents for you.
Calculations
Everything related to electrical installations needs to be calculated. We perform these calculations for you. What lighting is needed, where, and in what form? What cables do you need for this? What voltages are required in different parts of your system, and how does the power get there? Fuses, surge protection, and other “hardware” must be calculated just as thoroughly as the software that connects the components. And, of course, we also factor in the human element – our calculations are transparent. You always have insight into what we do, how we do it, and why. Lighting Calculations
How can the lighting of your facility or systems be made as energy-efficient as possible? Can the well-being of employees be measured in light? What is the exact value of a specific light color? Medium Voltage Network Calculations
Medium voltage networks can be calculated manually or using software. Calculating these networks is always useful when parameters such as the magnitude of short-circuit currents, voltage drops or increases, reactive power requirements, or simply the current distribution in parallel cables need to be determined. The type of cables required can also be identified this way. Manual calculation can be more appropriate than software calculation in specific cases. Low Voltage Network Calculations
Network calculations for low voltage networks serve the same purpose as those for medium voltage networks. We perform these calculations manually or using software to optimize and secure the networks in your installations according to your needs. Grounding Calculations
Grounding systems must comply with standards because they form the basis for the safe operation of any electrical installation. The EMC shielding is functional, and people are reliably protected. Modern simulation programs assist in the calculations, but we never rely solely on the software: the ground resistance is determined through measurements, even if the installation has been verified by simulation. And, of course, we provide the measurement proof of compliance with the permissible limits.
